Tips To Remove Tanning

By: Richard james

Make sure you shower as often as possible with a loofah. Type sponge. This will help to remove the dead skin that is eventually going to build up. Try and wash with a cucumber type of soap. Suave makes one that is relatively cheap. As soon as possible, lay washcloth compresses of ice cold straight vinegar to wherever you were burnt for however long you can stand it. Let the vinegar compresses completely dry and then rub on some sort of aloe Vera; whether it is gel or spray. Repetitively works.

Apply dosa batter on the tanned areas and leave until it dries. Rinse it with coldwater and dab rosewater on the affected areas for glowing and smooth skin.

One of the most important tips you should follow is to always choose the right type of sun tan lotion before going out in the sun. This will protect your skin from the UVB rays damaging your skins collagen and cells and will also add extra nutrients to rebuild your skin. Usually, SPF 30 or 45 will be the highest amount of protection available from a sun tan lotion. You may also want to consider getting a lotion that has moisturizer. This will help add nutrients to your skin while you are exposed to the sun. The nutrients needed most while in the sun consist of Vitamins A and E. There are also several moisturizers that will not contain oil in them which will work better for keeping your skin balanced.

If your skin doesn't produce the protective melanin pigment well or if you're exposed to the sun before enough pigment can be manufactured and dispersed, the ultraviolet rays kill skin cells. Even mild sunburn that produces only a little redness destroys the top layer of your skin, just as if you had seared it with a hot iron.

A tbsp of gram flour mixed with 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice works well for lightening dark skin. Apply this mixture and leave it for 15 minutes before washing off. Repeat for 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.

Mix 1 tsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and ½ tsp of almond oil. Apply on face and wash off after 10-15 minutes. This pack helps bring shine to the skin and also removes tan.

To 1 tbsp of milk powder add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey and ½ tbsp of almond oil, mix well and apply on your face. Leave it for 10-15mins and wash it off with water. It will not only lighten your tan but also add shine to your skin.

Take a nutritional supplement that contains tyrosine (Tyrosine is an amino acid that the body produces naturally and is essential to the tanning process. The body actually continues to tan after UV exposure until it uses up the tyrosine present. It acts as an internal accelerator, but does nothing without UV light exposure. Be sure to follow directions of any nutritional supplement. Your Tanning Zone consultant can recommend an appropriate product for you.)
