  • Importance of eye exercises
    It is certainly true that doing eye exercises will improve your vision. Doing consistent eye exercises will not enable you to do away with your glasses, but it will harden the muscles of your eye, improving your ability to focus and counteracting the stress that your eyes are put under from day to day.

    Before you work out in the gym, it is sensible for you to warm up the muscles gently. The same is true of your eyes. Discard your contact lenses or glasses, if you wear any, and take deep breaths while concentrating on your eyes. It is important to do eye exercises a number of times each day if you wish to improve vision.
