    You then have the opportunity to realize that this "youness" - who you are - is prior to the eyes themselves. It is "seen" before the eyes and also external to the eyes. In other words, the one that you are is everywhere. Everywhere.

    Who you are still is no matter what you do. Consciously be or unconsciously be - pretending to be who you think you are. You are that which everything arises out of.

    Happiness without a cause - this is who you are; this "you" of you; the seer, the one looking out through your eyes; the motion of aliveness that is flowing through your eyes.

    This momentary realization of “you” is so refined that it has you completely and freely standing of all else in the immediacy of the moment of its realization.

    Once you begin to awaken to all of this you will find that you are no longer bound or stuck to it and that you will have a totally different perspective on it all and a totally different movement going on in your daily and momentary living.

    So, yes, being up against who you think you are is quite a formidable task. It will have you thinking that you can do it or worse, that you are actually realizing “you” while all the while you are not realizing this one, that this “you” is, at all.

    It is the journey of self and heart discovery - the greatest journey in existence. The greatest journey of all time, and here it is already in place waiting for you to see and be it.
  • Welcome To The Momentarianism Of You
    The journey of heart and self discovery does not begin to get off of the ground from that place. It can only begin with you aligning your conscious attention to the immediacy of who "you" are.
  • Self Realization Is On A Moment By Moment Basis
    As you realize just who it is that "you" truly are and you begin to establish your realization momentarily - on a moment by moment basis - you will awaken out of the dream, bondage and prison of your own making.
  • Words Are Not Going To Have You Realizing Who You Are
    You are driven to be "you" by this "you" that is already true of you - how utterly frustrating! Here "you" are, already flowing through the very eyes of this mindbody that you are so lost in attempting to be, not recognising this "you" and what it actually and energetically is, and suffering the misery of trying to be what it is flowing through.
  • Transcendence Of The Running Commentary Of The Mind
    The mind has served you well. It has brought about a necessary and major transformation of the incarnatory process of the mindbody which is a vehicle for this "you" - that you are ever so slowly beginning to hear murmurs about. It brought about the evolution of the animal body to the mindbody.
  • Freedom From Everything
    Your unwillingness or incapacity to get past this reluctance, resistance and lethargy of leaving alone the attempt to try and be who you think you are has you living in the land of hope where you hope to be given something that is going to relieve you of the cramp that you wish to no longer feel.
  • Spiritual Journey Of An Enlightened Teacher
    With this realisation came an obvious noticing that there was not a thing that I could do to change that 'status quo'. All of my 'doing' was from the point of the 'doer' - my shmee or 'I' - and no matter what I was going to embark upon, I was trapped and encased by this 'I.' In other words I felt truly stuck..... heartfelt weeping...
